Working with Rushma was such a positive experience. As the business subject matter expert, I am always slightly nervous when a new BA comes onto a Dev team. Often I’ve only just got the team up to the level of knowledge and understanding that I think they need to operate. When Rushma joined the apprenticeship assessment team she was in, understanding and up and running faster than I have seen a BA do so before. She also brought great insight and sensible challenge and enquiry to ensure collectively we got the right solutions to our problems and development needs. To be honest, there is a bit of a hole in the team since she moved!
